How we handle your data
This page explains what information the site usually collects when you sign in, save results, place an order, or use the study tools, and what that information is mainly used for.
If you continue using account features or complete a purchase, you are accepting the data-handling approach described here. We do not add a separate confirmation step.

2.1. What we collect
When you create an account, sign in, save calculator results, take practice sessions, or view orders, the site may keep account details, usage records, study progress, order information, and basic device or security logs.
If you buy civics exam access, payment is handled through a third-party payment provider. The site itself is not meant to store full card details as ordinary account data.
2.2. What we use it for
We use this information to keep the product working, such as saving your progress, showing your orders, unlocking purchased content, remembering preferences, and handling support issues.
Some information is also used for security checks, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and abuse prevention so the service stays reliable.
2.3. Where third parties are involved
If you sign in, pay, access stored content, or use features supported by infrastructure providers, related data may pass through the authentication, payment, hosting, or storage services used by the site.
Those providers only receive what is needed for their part of the service and handle the data under their own service terms.
2.4. What we do not intend to do
The normal purpose of this site is not to publicly sell your personal data, and we do not ask for more sensitive information than is needed for account access, payments, content delivery, or basic support.
When data is used for login, security, order handling, or product access, we try to keep it within the scope needed to provide those functions.
2.5. Retention and account safety
Data related to orders, access rights, learning history, and security review may be kept for a reasonable period so the service can support downloads, account recovery, and issue checks.
We use ordinary safeguards to protect data, but no internet service can promise zero risk. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and keep your account secure.
